why are they calling Brooke Hogan and Ciara a man?

why all the talk about Brooke Hogan being a man, I seriously doubt it, first Ciara was reported as being a man and having balls in between her legs and she seemed to spend a lot of energy disputing the allegations, so what, they think your a man, Ive been called worse, as long as you know who you are, be confident in your own skin, if you spend to much time and energy in proving others wrong, life will pass you by and before you know it the public has moved on to someone else and remember misery love company!
